Festivals require a different approach than single-day concerts. Attention to multiple day infrastructure, site inspections and appropriate outdoor mobile staging are key factors to the planning. The coordination with different artists, scheduling, transitions, open air acoustics, multiple staging areas and many other factors are meticulously detailed and adhered to. With over 45 years’ experience, we know the many logistics and regulations associated with producing these events safely and effectively.  

Being able to pivot and adapt to changing conditions, such as weather and timing schedules, is essential. Safety protocols, as with any staging, are carefully documented and discussed with all individuals involved.
